Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) / Tapping is a comprehensive healing tool which helps us to tune in to the negative patterns which we form around our uncomfortable thoughts, feelings or troublesome memories. It can provide impressive results for all types of physical, emotional, and behavioural issues and works on the belief that no matter which part of your life requires improvement, there are often unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, any kind of emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential of the human body and in many cases, EFT can be applied directly to physical symptoms for relief without exploring any emotional contributors.
EFT works equally well face-to-face or online, and even a single session can make a difference to a person, however a course of regular treatments may often be more effective. These sessions may be of variable frequency depending upon the client’s needs. Any treatment plan will be discussed, agreed, and reviewed as necessary and always subject to the preferences of the client, with the option to change it at any time according to progress.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to change and balance the ‘energy fields’ in and around your body to help on a physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual level.

With Distance Reiki, I channel the healing energy through my hands to the client, regardless of physical location, through focused intent. The person’s needs draw the Reiki energy, which flows to where it is most needed, and this can be achieved either online or by using photographs of yourself.
